Employees of Aktobe Rail and Section Works LLP are the main asset of the Enterprise.
Today the number of employees of the company is more than 800 people.
Personnel policy of the company is focused on strengthening its personnel potential, building an effective motivation system, and creating decent labour conditions. Observance of interests and rights of workers, creation of equal opportunities for professional growth, with full provision of safety at workplaces is an obligatory point.
The main objectives of the personnel policy of the company are:
- providing the Enterprise with qualified personnel;
- creation of favourable working conditions;
- preservation and development of personnel potential.
Aktobe Rail and Section Works LLP is a socially responsible enterprise aimed at improvement of its activity.
Since the plant is located outside the city, transportation is provided for employees who do not have personal transport. The plant’s buses run in the morning and evening, including on weekends. Additionally, the plant provides all personnel with one meal during lunch and night breaks.
To motivate specialists, provide opportunities for promotion, and ensure a reserve of qualified personnel, qualification exams are held monthly. Following these exams, employees have the opportunity to increase their rate or transfer to another position, with production department specialists being the primary focus.
It should be noted that ARBZ LLP also collaborates with universities to ensure a personnel reserve. As part of the charity project by NGO “Taiburyl”, graduates from the Karaganda State Industrial University in technical specialties were previously recruited. This project was sponsored by the Development Bank of Kazakhstan, which, as part of its corporate social responsibility, allocated a grant of 9 million tenge for monthly scholarships to interns. As planned, some of these students were successfully integrated into the ARBZ LLP team after their internships.
In 2019, ARBZ LLP was recognized as one of the winners of the annual republican competition on Corporate Social Responsibility, “Paryz,” organized by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan. ARBZ LLP was honored as the laureate and recipient of the award in the nomination for “The Best Socially Responsible Enterprise.”
