The share of Kazakhstani workers in ARBZ prevails, and makes up the bulk of the plant’s staff.

At the end of 2021, out of 797 (100%) employees, 782 (98.12%) are citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Of the total number of Kazakhstani employees, 765 (95.98%) are local natives of the city and region. 15 people (1.88%) are non-residents. Among them, citizens of Ukraine – 2 people (0.25%). Citizens of the Russian Federation predominate in number – 13 people (1.63%), of which natives of Kazakhstan who have received Russian citizenship – 7 people (0.88%), 4 people have a residence permit in the Republic of Kazakhstan (0.5%).

As of 31.03.2022, out of 827 (100%) employees, 813 (98.31%) are citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Of the total number of Kazakhstani employees, 796 (36.25%) are local natives of the city and region. 14 people (1.69%) are non-residents. Among them, citizens of Ukraine – 1 person (0.12%). Citizens of the Russian Federation predominate in number – 13 people (1.57%), of which natives of Kazakhstan who have received Russian citizenship – 7 people (0.85%), 4 people have a residence permit in the Republic of Kazakhstan (0.48%).

To motivate specialists and for prospective promotion of personnel reserve, at the request of business divisions, qualification exams are held once a month to promote employees to higher grades or transfer them to another position.

First of all, these are specialists of production departments. In the 4th quarter of 2021, qualification exams were held for 20 employees. As of 31.03.2022, 26 people passed the qualification exam. All confirmed their qualifications and were transferred to the other positions.
