On October 17, 2024, participants of MinTech-2024, an international exhibition of equipment and technologies for the mining, metallurgical and energy industries, visited the territory of Aktobe Rail and Section Works LLP. A joint meeting was held by @kazexpo_tech to exchange experience and introduce innovations in automated control systems, instrumentation, labor protection and environmental protection.

ARBZ LLP TOOK AN ACTIVE PART IN THE ANNUAL ENVIRONMENTAL CAMPAIGN – WORLD CLEANLINESS DAY.
The main goal is to activate the world’s population to stimulate long-term changes in public behavior with regard to improper waste management.

ARBZ LLP took part in the 14th world’s largest exhibition of transportation technologies “InnoTrans 2024”
Olzhas Bektenov familiarized himself with the production capacity of Aktobe Rail and Section Works.
As part of his working trip to the Aktobe region, Prime Minister familiarized himself with the production capacities of a number of industrial enterprises, on their example checked the effectiveness of measures to support domestic business and the progress of implementation of the tasks set by the Head of State in his Address to the people of Kazakhstan.
In particular, the manufacturing industry, transportation and logistics industry and agro-industrial complex were taken into account.
Olzhas Bektenov familiarized himself with the production capacity of Aktobe Rail and Section Works. The enterprise produces up to 430 thousand tons per year: a wide range of railway rails and shaped rolled products, special profiles and other products. The plant uses innovative technology to ensure high quality of rail heat treatment. The manufactured products are used in the country’s railroad construction and are also exported to Turkey, CIS countries, Estonia and Latvia.
The second scheduled excursion to the company was held for the children of ARBZ LLP employees. The young guests were shown the exciting process of producing ARBZ LLP products.

Children of ARBZ LLP employees had a tour around the Enterprise
On the occasion of professional holiday – Metallurgist Day – a tour was organized for the children of ARBZ LLP employees. Such a tour was organized for the first time. The tour acquainted children not only with the Enterprise on which their parents work but also with the technological process of production of ARBZ LLP.
Prior to beginning of the tour all young visitors were demonstrated a video about the Enterprise and a mandatory safety instruction was conducted and all necessary PPE was provided.
The first excursion point was Roll Shop where the children learned about the modern equipment and pre-production process, then the children found themselves in the very “heart of the plant” – in the Rail and Section Shop. During the excursion, the children became acquainted with Re-Heating Furnace and hot rolling mill as well as rail production process. They knew main principles and stages of rail and section production. Next, finished products of the Rail and Section Shop were demonstrated to the children. Apart from that, they could see auxiliary shops and the process of interaction of these shops within the plant was described.
Our young guests noted the very beautiful landscaping of our Enterprise, as well as the environmental friendliness of our production.
All the questions of both our very young guests and older children, who are already deciding on their future profession, were not left without attention of our highly qualified specialists. At the end of the tour our little guests visited the canteen of ARBZ LLP, where they were fed with tasty buns and compote.
The Majilis Deputies and members of the faction visited Aktobe Rail and Section Works LLP in July of the current year, where they met with the employees of the Enterprise.

Main purpose of the meeting was to explain in detail the importance of the recently enacted legislation.
Among the main approved laws are the fight against domestic violence, gambling addiction, and others. The Majilis Deputies tightened requirements to bookmaker offices and casinos.
During the meeting the employees of the Enterprise asked questions concerning the improvement of urban environment, compulsory social health insurance, social protection of people, etc. Having listened to all questions, the Majilis Deputies and members of the faction provided detailed answers on the activities in these spheres of life.

Spring is a common time for creating cleanliness, beauty and maintenance of order, and the clean-up days are a wonderful, annual tradition of Aktobe Rail and Section Works.
Within the framework of improvement of sanitary and epidemiologic situation on the territory of the Company the plant-wide clean-up days were held. In order to improve the territory the management of ARBZ LLP and employees of all departments were involved. Annual clean-up days an event not only to improve and clean the territory, but also a great opportunity for team-building and even more development of social responsibility of the Company’s employees.
