In March of this year Aktobe Rail and Section Works LLP mastered the production of hot-rolled SVP 27 profile for supporting the mine headings. The product meet all requirements of international standards and is manufactured in accordance with GOST 18662-83 and GOST 535-2005. At the present time, the Enterprise is the only manufacture within the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan that has a possibility to produce such type of product.

In October 2023, the Aktobe Rail and Section Works LLP reached a historic mark- since the launch of the plant, 1 million tons of rail products have been produced, which is approximately 8,000 km of railway tracks. Congratulations to the entire staff of ARBZ LLP on this significant event.

This event was organized by the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

The key event of business program of “INNOPROM.QAZAQSTAN” was main plenary session “Industrial Strategies of the New time”, which was attended by the Heads of Government of Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus and Kyrgyzstan.

Also, during “INNOPROM.QAZAQSTAN”, number of specialized sessions were held on the topics: industrial digitalization, cooperation in mechanical engineering, technologies for large cities, technologies for energy and international cooperation.Memorandum and Cooperation Agreement have been signed between the companies of participating countries.

In 2022 Trilateral memorandum was signed between Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Aktobe Region, Aktobe Rail and Section Works LLP and Aktobe College of Industrial Technologies and Management State Municipal Management Organization to establish direct and mutually beneficial cooperation in providing qualified specialists and increasing personnel potential of the Enterprise, as well as organize vocational guidance in educational institution activities. In this September, excursion of students of Aktobe College of Industrial Technologies and Management State Municipal Management Organization was organized on the territory of Aktobe Rail and Section Works LLP. After safety training, students got acquainted with Rail and Section Shop, where they were shown the process of rail products manufacturing.

Every year in Kazakhstan it has become a good tradition to hold a charity event “Road to School” at the start of school year – September 1. As part of this republican campaign, Trade Union Committee of ARBZ LLP provided support to 10 school children from low-income and multiple children families of secondary school No. 47. School backpacks and stationery kits were purchased. In each school backpack – everything you need for intense studies at the school desk. Staff trade union committee members presented the children their school backpacks and gave a parting speech to the new school year.

Children of ARBZ LLP were not left without attention. According to data from business divisions, more than 60 children will sit at the school desk for the first time this year. On the occasion of such landmark event, Staff trade union committee of the ARBZ decided to congratulate first-grade pupils and provide assistance to their parents in the form of funds in the amount of 20 000 tenge for each child.

Main topic of the exhibition is “Sustainable production: Update strategies”.

Main sections of the exhibition are digital production, transport engineering, metalworking, technologies for energy, component manufacturing, new materials, automation and robotic technology, information and communication technologies, medical equipment and pharmaceutics, urban technologies.

Оfficial event started with a congratulatory speech of the General Director of ARBZ LLP  Evgeniy Alexandrovich Nesterenko and the Chairman of the Trade Union Committee – Akniyet Nagiyevich Aldanazarov. They congratulated the Enterprise’s employees with the holiday and presented Letters of thanks and personalized statuettes to employees for their contribution to the consolidation and development of our Enterprise from the very first days.

Among honorary workers was a veteran of our Enterprise – Mars Turgaliyevich Utegenov, who told the history of construction of our unique Enterprise.

This year, according to tradition, three employees of ARBZ LLP were awarded with the order ” Labor Glory” from the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan for their invaluable contribution to the development of our Enterprise.

Orders of “Labor Glory” of III class were solemnly presented by Technical Director Alexander Alexandrovich Nesterenko and Production Director Anton Sergeyevich Peder.

The festive event was continued by the best showmen of the city – Nurtugan and Batyr. They prepared sport competitions, relay races for employees and lit the event with their sparkling humor.

Children were entertained by the animation agency “Surprise+”, which organized mini-competitions: guess what’s in the drink? Guess what’s in the box?

In addition to these two competitions, there were tasks with quests, dance battles by teams, sport games. Children were colored with face painting, presented with balloons, and at the end they had a disco with holi paints. Animators presented to the little guests a cheerful mood and the Trade Union Committee – delicious ice cream.

In honor of the 10th anniversary, personalized cake was ordered. All employees at standing buffet had the opportunity to enjoy a piece of delicious dessert, and also tasted the most delicious plov from the chefs of recreation center “Zhety Kazyna”. By tradition, the festive event ended with presentation of prizes and gifts to the team building participants.

The annual award “ERG Supplier Award” was held in Astana. Awards from the international industrial group were given to 25 Kazakhstani and foreign manufacturers of industrial equipment, as well as service providers.

On October 10, 2019 Trade Unions Day was officially celebrated in our country for the first time ever. On the eve of the holiday “Day of Trade Unions of Kazakhstan” it was held a special event, organized by the Aktobe regional Territorial Trade Union Center. The head of the region Yeraly Tugzhanov attended the event and awarded Certificate of Appreciation to citizens who made a significant contribution to the development of the trade union movement.

Akim of Aktobe region Yeraly Togzhanov congratulated representatives of trade union committees on their professional holiday and awarded Letters of Gratitude to the best employees. Our colleague Inna Popova received such Letter of Gratitude from the Akim of the region for her great contribution to the development of the trade union committee of Aktobe Rail and Section Works LLP and for many years of conscientious work.

The chairman of the Territorial association of the trade union center of Aktobe region Altynbek Amirgaliyev shared with the guests of the event about the work done and presented Letters of Gratitude to trade union activists. The list of awardees included employees of our plant, namely Aldanazarov Akniyet, Tajimova Aigerim and Alkenova Saule.
