First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Askar Mamin arrived with a business trip to Aktobe region. Upon his arrival to the region, the unique social facilities have been demonstrated to him in Aktobe.
Askar Mamin visited a number of social facilities, become familiar with the progress of the implementation of public private partnership’s projects, work on food security, as well as the progress of road construction in Aktobe.
During his visit of Aktobe Rail and Section Works LLP, Askar Mamin was acquainted with the production process from a heating furnace to the output of finished products. It should be noted that, the project was implemented in the framework of Industrial and Innovative development of Kazakhstan.
The enterprise is the largest in the region and on a nationwide scale it stands among the companies that have been included into the Industrialization Map of Kazakhstan and it is the only producer of long (120 m) heat-strengthened railway rails according to R-65 standard in the EEAS territory. Generally, after reaching the full designed capacity in 2018 the plant will produce 430 000 tons of rolled products per year including 200 000 tons of heat-strengthened long (up to 120 m) rails for high-speed trunks and 230 000 tons of sections for construction sector.
Samples of the output were demonstrated to Askar Mamin and he got acquainted with the production process of the goods. During plant tour, the guest was reported about the progress of industrial and innovative development program within the region. 83 projects (including 2 projects under the Republican Industrialization Map) had been implemented under the Industrialization Map during 2010-2015 and first half of 2016 which amounts to 523 billion tenge and about 7,6 thousand permanent jobs have been created.
