In the Aktobe region, by tradition, large and medium-sized enterprises hold reporting meetings with workers on the implementation of production programs, collective agreements and memorandums over the past year with the participation of the region leadership and trade unions, reports by the media-office of the akim of Aktobe region.
On Thursday, January 17, the head of the region, Berdybek Saparbayev, met with the management and staff of Aktobe Rail and Section Works LLP (hereinafter referred to as ARBZ LLP)
The enterprise is an innovative project built as part of the State Program on Forced Industrial-Innovative Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Over 800 people work here. The trade union association of the plant was created only last year.
At the meeting, all interested employees of the plant could ask questions. They were interested in the work of public transport and the possibility of revising the work schedule of kindergartens. The meeting with the staff of ARBZ LLP also ended with the signing of the Memorandum.
The head of the region called on the production team of ARBZ LLP anniversary of Aktobe to contribute to the development of their city in the year of the 150th:
“Every citizen should take part in this jubilee. Everyone should contribute to the development of their native land. You can independently arrange and green your own courtyard territories,” he said.
A total of 4,781 memorandums on stabilization of production processes, ensuring labor rights and guarantees of workers were concluded in 2018 in the Aktobe region. As a result of their implementation, wages were raised at 591 enterprises of the region last year. The increase in wages mainly affected production personnel.
For example, from January 2018, the salary of employees of ARBZ LLP was increased by 10%.
