Aktobe Rail and Section Works LLP traditionally celebrates the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On December 16, 2021, the Republic of Kazakhstan celebrated 30 years of independence. In honor of this holiday, management of ARBZ LLP together with the trade union committee organized a solemn event for employees of the enterprise.

Festive event began with congratulatory speech by the General Director – Obilets Valeriy Valentinovich. Congratulating all employees, Valeriy Valentinovich noted that during the years of independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the country has seen tremendous economic and cultural growth, development of industry, and strengthening of sovereignty of the state.

At celebration in honor of the Independence Day, results of year were summed up, and a ceremony of awarding employees with certificates of honor was held.

On Tuesday, December 7, solemn ceremony of awarding laureates of “Altyn Sapa” award and republican competition for social responsibility of business “Paryz” took place in Nur-Sultan.

It should be noted that after watching award ceremony of laureates online, the regional akim Ondasyn Urazalin presented letters of thanks to the heads of number of Aktobe enterprises actively participating in “Paryz” and “Altyn Sapa” competitions.

In particular, Aktobe Rail and Section Works LLP and Sagiz Petroleum Company LLP were awarded for active participation in nomination “Best Collective Agreement”, Kazakhturkmunay LLP for participation in nomination “Ecology Contribution”, Transtelecom Bailanys LLP for participation in nomination “Best enterprise in the field of labor protection”.

Aktobe Rail and Section Works LLP participates in the 27th International Industrial Exhibition “Metal-Expo 2021”

From November 11 to 13, 2021, one of the most significant and large–scale events in the metallurgical industry – the 27th International Industrial Exhibition “Metal-Expo 2021” took place in the capital of Russia, Moscow on the territory of the Central Exhibition Complex EXPOCENTRE.

Despite the restrictions imposed due to COVID-19 as well as the requirements of having the QR code to visit the exhibition, it should be highlighted a business activity of the forum. It was an opportunity for metallurgists and consumers to meet face to face.

The whole variety of ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy products were presented at the exhibition as well as modern equipment and technologies. Metal-Expo combines the leaders of metallurgy, building industry and mechanical engineering. 

In the course of exhibition, Aktobe Rail and Section Works LLP had been ensured a feedback as interest, offers and wishes from main participants of metal market. Representatives of the company had held meetings with detailed presentation of the plant and established partnership relations. 

Within the frames of this exhibition ARBZ LLP had held business and substantive negotiations with metal-trading companies from the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, Uzbekistan, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine, Slovakia and the Baltic countries with regard to cooperation and expansion of turnover (sales of rails and section) of Kazakhstan with the abovementioned countries.

Within the framework of the 10th meeting of the Ministers of Economy of the member states of the Turkic Council, Aktobe Rail and Section Works LLP receives an award in the nomination of the Business Award of the Turkic Council, for investment contribution

The 10th meeting of Ministers of Economy of the Cooperation Council of the Turkic-Speaking States (CCTS) had been held in Baku on 10th of September. The event was participated by Deputy Prime-Minister – Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan S.Umurzakov, the Minister of Trade of the Republic of Turkey M.Mush, the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan M.Jabbarov, the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan A.Irgaliyev, the Minister of Economy and Trade of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan D.Amangeldiyev.    

During the meeting, representatives of the Governments of the Turkic Council member states exchanged views on priority areas of multilateral cooperation and further steps to strengthen multifaceted relations between the Turkic-Speaking States. The need to develop a strategy for economic cooperation in the near and medium term based on a common vision reflecting the development of trade, investment, industry, transport links, the widespread introduction of electronic commerce and digital technologies, the use of business opportunities and regional cooperation was emphasized.

Within the framework of the 10th meeting of the Ministers of Economy of the member states of the Turkic Council, Aktobe Rail and Section Works LLP received an award in the nomination of the Business Award of the Turkic Council, for investment contribution to the Cooperation Council of Turkic-Speaking States. The award to Aktobe Rail and Section Works was presented by the Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bakhyt Sultanov.

Aktobe Rail and Section Works LLP took part in trade and economic mission in Tashkent.

High-level international conference “Central and South Asia: Regional Connectivity. Challenges and Opportunities” within the framework of the Trade and Economic Mission was held in Tashkent city, the Republic of Uzbekistan from 14 till 16 July 2021.

The event was organized by Kazakh export support operator QazTrade and the Export Promotion Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

More than 50 companies of the Republic of Kazakhstan took part in the exhibition, among which was Aktobe Rail and Section Works LLP.

Within the framework of this event, and in order to develop trade and economic relations between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Uzbekistan, the prospects for mutually beneficial cooperation were discussed.

The main purpose of the event was to establish direct contacts, intensify trade relations with Uzbek companies, as well as consolidate and develop bilateral cooperation in various sectors of the economy. The negotiations were carried out through B2B meetings with entrepreneurs of Uzbekistan.

Aktobe Rail and Section Works LLP is expanding its assortment line of rolled sections.

In parallel with mastering the production of rails for high-speed lines, the Enterprise is actively mastering the assortment of rolled sections. Thus, in February of this year, the Enterprise mastered the production of hot-rolled steel H-beam No. 30. The products meet all the requirements of international standards and are manufactured in accordance with GOST 8239-89, GOST 535-2005.

Mastering of new types of assortment allows not only to fully meet the demand of internal market, but also to increase the export potential of both ARBZ LLP and the Republic of Kazakhstan as a whole.

The quality of our products has already been confirmed by our customers, from such countries as Russia, Ukraine, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia and Belarus.

At the same time the Enterprise does not rest on the achieved and is aimed at further improvement of quality and expansion of the range of products.

Aktobe Rail and Section Works LLP was awarded the gold medal of the laureate of the international exhibition “Metal-Expo”

The 26th International Industrial Exhibition “Metal-Expo-2020” took place on November 10-13 at the Exhibition of Achievements of National Economy in Moscow.

The exhibition brought together leading metallurgical companies, pipe and hardware plants, producers of non-ferrous metals and alloys, metal traders, service metal centers, as well as key consumers of metal products.

Traditionally, the organizers of the exhibition award the best companies and organizations that have developed and put into operation the equipment and technologies that meet the technical level, as well as mastered the production of new types of high quality metal products.

In 2020, Aktobe Rail and Section Works LLP, along with FGUP Central Research Institute of Ferrous Metallurgy. I.P. Bardina, Metallinvest LLC, Oskol Electrometallurgical Plant JSC, Ural Steel JSC – were awarded the gold medal of winner of Metal-Expo International Exhibition for development of end-to-end technology for production of high-quality continuous billets at OEMK JSC and Ural steel JSC and rails at Aktobe Rail and Section Works LLP, providing a yield of suitable products 97-100%.

Sale of Aktobe Rail and Section Works LLP within the framework of Samruk-Kazyna privatization plan

According to Comprehensive Privatization Plan for 2016-2020, approved by Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Samruk-Kazyna Group of Companies carried out work to sell participation share in the authorized capital of Aktobe Rail and Section Works LLP (hereinafter ARBZ LLP).

By direct targeted sale, Transportnye Tekhnologii LLP bought out 30% participation share in the authorized capital of ARBZ LLP from Remlokomotiv JSC.

The state re-registration of ARBZ LLP was carried out.

AKTOBE RAIL AND SECTION WORKS LLP STARTED DELIVERY OF RAILS TO RZD OJSC

Aktobe Rail and Section Works started rolling of rails R65 of category DT350 for the needs of Russian Railways OJSC in the amount of 50 thousand tons by the end of 2020.
We remind you that Russian Railways OJSC is one of three largest railway companies in the world with a total length of 85.6 thousand kilometers of railways.
Most of supplied rails will be 100 meters long and will be used in the course of repair works of railways of the Russian Federation.

Rolling of rail products will be carried out from billets produced by Oskol Electrometallurgical Plant JSC, which is part of one of the largest mining and metallurgical holdings in the Russian Federation, Metalloinvest, and which is a strategic partner of Aktobe Rail and Section Works

ARBZ has mastered production of rails according to DSTU 4344: 2004

Aktobe Rail and Section Works LLP has mastered production of P65 railway rails of category 1, produced according to DSTU 4344: 2004. Based on these works, the Certificate of conformity was obtained in March of this year, the availability of which is a prerequisite for sale of rail products in Ukraine. This, in turn, helps to increase export potential of both the enterprise and the Republic of Kazakhstan.
