8th of March is a truly popular holiday, which brings happiness and attention. On this day of all others so many flowers and congratulations are addressed to women – beloved, beautiful, sweet, unique, individual. This spring day is associated with love, tenderness and warmth.

On March 7, the entire female team of the Aktobe rail and section works was waited by a pleasant surprise: the men of the plant warmly congratulated the beautiful women on the first holiday of spring and organized a solemn program with the congratulatory speech of the plant managers, awarding lovely ladies of various cheerful nominations. The ladies heard a lot of pleasant, warm words and compliments in their address. At the end of the event, the lovely ladies were presented with flowers and gifts.

In the Aktobe region, by tradition, large and medium-sized enterprises hold reporting meetings with workers on the implementation of production programs, collective agreements and memorandums over the past year with the participation of the region leadership and trade unions, reports by the media-office of the akim of Aktobe region.

On Thursday, January 17, the head of the region, Berdybek Saparbayev, met with the management and staff of Aktobe Rail and Section Works LLP (hereinafter referred to as ARBZ LLP)

The enterprise is an innovative project built as part of the State Program on Forced Industrial-Innovative Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Over 800 people work here. The trade union association of the plant was created only last year.

At the meeting, all interested employees of the plant could ask questions. They were interested in the work of public transport and the possibility of revising the work schedule of kindergartens. The meeting with the staff of ARBZ LLP also ended with the signing of the Memorandum.

The head of the region called on the production team of ARBZ LLP anniversary of Aktobe to contribute to the development of their city in the year of the 150th:

“Every citizen should take part in this jubilee. Everyone should contribute to the development of their native land. You can independently arrange and green your own courtyard territories,” he said.

A total of 4,781 memorandums on stabilization of production processes, ensuring labor rights and guarantees of workers were concluded in 2018 in the Aktobe region. As a result of their implementation, wages were raised at 591 enterprises of the region last year. The increase in wages mainly affected production personnel.

For example, from January 2018, the salary of employees of ARBZ LLP was increased by 10%.

The trade union committee of ARBZ LLP organized a New Year’s matinee for the children of workers at Oner Ortalygy of the Regional Philharmonic named after G. Zhubanova on December 23, 2018. More than 600 children under the age of 14 took part in the matinee.

For children, the costume fairytale “Cinderella” and then the New Year round dance with the participation of favorite children’s characters was presented. All children were given a festive mood and sweets from Grandfather Frost. Earlier, workers were handed children’s New Year presents from the administration of ARBZ LLP.

At the meeting, the results of the outgoing year were summed up and also there was prepared a presentation and a great gratitude was expressed to all employees who have been working at the Enterprise since its inception, since 2013.

In the second part of the meeting, the foremost workers were solemnly awarded and the Aksakal of the plant, Utegenov Mars Turgaliyevich, was given a well-deserved rest. Mars Turgaliyevich – the first worker of the plant. In the final part of the meeting, a solemn ceremony of awarding the winners of the Games among employees of ARBZ LLP took place.

According to the results of the Games, the first team place was taken by RSS crew No.2, winning two 1st place prizes in two types of competitions – in football and volleyball.

The 24th International Industrial Exhibition Metal-Expo-2018 was held at the Exhibition of National Economic Achievements, Moscow, from 13 to 16 November 2018, in which over 550 companies from 32 countries took part.

During four days, business meetings and negotiations between metal market participants and their customers had been held at the Metal-Expo 2018, during which all interested parties of business communications were able to resolve their issues, conclude cooperation agreements, sign promising contracts. During the exhibition, Moscow became the center of attraction for metallurgists and consumers of metal products from the construction industry, mechanical engineering, the fuel and energy complex, transport and logistics, and metal trading companies. More than 30 thousand people visited the expositions at Metal-Expo 2018.

Aktobe Rail and Section Works LLP also took part in Metal-Expo 2018 and prepared its own exhibition stand to promote the company’s products. This stand was visited by many representatives of metal trading companies, as well as consumers of rail products, with whom further cooperation issues were discussed.

More than 3 thousand companies and enterprises from 61 countries took part in “Innotrans 2018” – the 12th World’s Largest International Exhibition of Transport Technologies. During the exhibition from 18 to 21 of September 2018, more than 400 innovations of the global railway industry were presented. Aktobe Rail and Section Works LLP attended the exhibition and presented its products, including differentially heat-strengthened rails with length of up to 120 meters, which can be used on high-speed lines and lines with high traffic density. Many companies from different countries showed high interest the products of ARBZ LLP, first of all Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Finland, and also large companies from France.
